A Proven Approach to A Classic Method

The Montessori Method was originated by Dr. Maria Montessori (1870-1952), the first Italian female medical doctor. Her work with special children inspired a movement practiced in more than 80 countries around the world and influenced child care and educational practices from infancy through high school. Although historically Montessori schools were private, today we have many charter Montessori schools and some Montessori classes sponsored by public school districts.
